Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Oklahoma City, OK, for a Recruitment Sourcer. The Recruitment Sourcer will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential candidates for a variety of roles, primarily within the healthcare sector. Daily responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting initial screenings, maintaining candidate databases, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements. Additionally, the Recruitment Sourcer will be responsible for refining sourcing strategies and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
• Strong proficiency in candidate sourcing techniques, including use of job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
• Experience in conducting initial candidate screenings and assessing qualifications
• Ability to manage databases and maintain accurate candidate records
• Proficiency in communication, relationship building, and networking to engage talent
• Prior experience or understanding of healthcare recruiting is highly preferred
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
