What You Will Do to Change Lives
The Regional Clinical Trainer plans, develops, coordinates, implements, and
evaluates educational and clinical programs in the assigned region.
Shifts Available:
Full-Time | DAYS | Shifts vary as needed | Days: Monday - Friday
Expected starting wage range is $88,090.33 - $108,823.48. Telecare applies
geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role
will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed.
Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above
the minimum requirements.
Travel in the Northern Ca and Bay area is required for this role.
What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)
• One (1) year of full-time experience planning, implementing and evaluating
educational programs in a psychiatric setting
• Two (2) years of experience developing and managing projects
• Two (2) years of experience developing training programs
• Two (2) years facilitating in-person and virtual training
• Master's Degree (licensed or license eligible in the field of social work,
psychology, or counseling; OR Master's degree and certification in
rehabilitation or creative arts therapy
• Medical knowledge and experience in mental health and the recovery philosophy
is necessary
• Current knowledge of the laws and regulations governing the delivery of
health care in Region and demonstrable understanding of Behavioral Health are
essential
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be CPR, First Aid, and CPI certified (hands-on course) on date of
employment or prior to providing direct client care and maintain current
certification throughout employment
• All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and
receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical
examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background
clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If
the position requires driving, valid driver license, a motor vehicle
clearance and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and
must be maintained throughout employment. Additional regulatory, contractual
or local requirements may apply.
• Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your
name listed as a driver.
• Willingness to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings, etc. (weekly
mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate)
