We are looking for an enthusiastic Regional Compensation Manager to join our Global Total Rewards Team, which is part of our Global People Team. You will enable the company’s rapid growth and lead the next evolution of our total rewards programs in the EMEA’s region while partnering on our global strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our compensation programs and policies in the region in the context of our global frameworks and philosophy. This includes providing guidance on compensation-related issues for business partners and the People Team, interpreting salary data, and performing analysis to ensure compliance and competitive positioning within the marketplace.
