Location : Remote

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Regional Director (New Business) who will be responsible for all new sales of RepairSense and RentSense into social housing providers (housing associations/councils & ALMO’s)

The successful person will be responsible for the annual new business sales target that includes both RepairSense and RentSense and any modules into net new clients

Key Responsibilities

Utilisation of the CRM (SF.com) system to drive new sales to conclusion, ensuring that all meaningful interaction and data is stored in the system

Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions

Maximising company profitability

Foreseeing and developing new sales strategies to drive increased value to the prospect and thus increase pricing

Forming sales strategies to keep your company competitive and innovative

Working with the implementation/pre-sales to deliver the Remote Data Tests

Constructing winning, viable, commercial offers/business case report for prospects

Working with marketing department to develop customer references/case studies and collating a body of client speakers & new business plan to unlock new prospects

Updating regular reports for Board presentations
