Job Description:
• Responsible for ensuring all aspects of management and employment services comply with applicable laws, codes, and practices
• Hire, train, develop and terminate supervised employees in accordance with company policies
• Provide performance evaluations and assist Community Managers with site-level teams
• Monitor and improve marketing activities and occupancy status
• Review and audit community administrative, accounting, and maintenance areas
• Resolve resident issues and respond to customer feedback
• Conduct community inspections and budget preparation
• Negotiate and evaluate contracts
• Prepare monthly variance reports and maintain action plans for communities
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 4+ years of progressively responsible experience in managing multifamily rental communities
• Proficiency in computer software, including MS Office, OneSite, and other relevant corporate systems
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to collect, research, and synthesize diverse information
• Experience analyzing monthly financial statements, preparing detailed budgets, and creating operating forecasts
• Solid knowledge of finance, leasing, legal, marketing, construction, and residential relations in community management
• Valid Driver's License
