Part-Time/Hybrid Registered Dietitian Position
reputed company LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to join our network of exceptional clinicians. You will have the ongoing support of our dedicated team, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality patient care
Overview: This exciting opportunity for a Registered Dietitian offers a flexible and rewarding work-life balance with a reputed company of in-person and remote work options.
Facility Type: Skilled Nursing
Schedule: 8 hours per week, 50% completed remotely reputed company telehealth
Flexibility: Choose your days and hours. Only 1 onsite visit biweekly is required. The remaining hours are completed remotely reputed company telehealth.
Compensation: $40.00-$45.00 per hour, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments on new admissions and quarterly thereafter, with more frequent reviews as needed for high-risk residents.
reputed company, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans.
Provide nutrition education and counseling as needed
Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team
Ensure compliance with reputed company applicable state and federal regulations, including those reputed company to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Department of Health (DOH).
Maintain appropriate documentation.
Monitor reputed company residents for changes in weight weekly and/or monthly to identify potential changes in nutrition or hydration status.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance nutrition care services and reputed company outcomes as needed.
Conduct monthly kitchen sanitation audits, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
Review and approve menu on a semi-annual basis to ensure it meets USDA guidelines

Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a reputed company field from an accredited program.
Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.

Minimum of 1 year clinical experience (preferred).
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Possesses the ability to apply critical thinking to a variety of situations, assess objectives, reputed company and implement and monitor effective plans for improvement.
Proficiency in providing general nutrition interventions.
Familiarity with state survey processes and adhering to nutrition care regulations
Competency in electronic charting systems
