Key responsibilities may include: </p><ul> <li> Managing acute episodes and responding to mental health crises, de-escalating aggressive or high-risk behaviour. </li><li> Offering therapeutic support such as one-to-one counselling, group therapy, or cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). </li><li> Developing and monitoring individualised care plans to support emotional and mental well-being. </li><li> Advocating for patient rights, ensuring dignity and respect in every interaction. </li><li> Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive and compassionate care. </li><li> Assessing and monitoring at-risk patients for signs of suicidal ideation or self-harm, intervening swiftly to ensure safety. </li> </ul> <p><b> What We Need From You </b></p><ul> <li> A current and unrestricted NMC registration. </li><li> At least six months of UK-based paid experience. </li><li> The right to work in the UK. </li><li> A good standard of English and effective communication skills. </li><li> Flexibility to travel as required. </li> </ul> <p><b> About Nurseplus </b></p><p> At Nurseplus, our mission is to make a positive impact and change lives every day.
