Job description: Position Overview *** Up to $15,000 Sign on Bonus for Eligible Applicants***Manages the nursing needs of assigned patients from admission to discharge ensuring patients receive quality nursing care provided in a financially responsible manner. Responsible for the provision of skilled nursing services and teaching in the home. Works with the Nursing Coordinator and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement a patient specific plan of care in accordance with the physician’s orders.#IND2Primary Department or Work Location: Skilled Nursing, UHS Home CarePrimary Work Shift:Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40Compensation Range: $35.26 - $56.53 per hour, depending on experienceEducation/ExperienceMinimum Required:

• Graduate of an approved RN program OR a non-approved program supplemented by content equal to an approved program.
• Two years' experience as a Registered Professional Nurse required OR equivalent of education and experience.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Med/Surgical/Certified home care experience.

License/CertificationMinimum Required:

• License and current registration to practice as a registered professional nurse in New York State.
