Seven Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and experienced Travel Registered Nurse – NICU for a 13-week night shift assignment in Conroe, Texas. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver specialized nursing care to premature and critically ill newborns

  • Monitor vital signs and provide respiratory, nutritional, and medication support

  • Operate and manage advanced NICU equipment, including ventilators and IV pumps

  • Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and NICU support staff

  • Provide compassionate education and communication to families

  • Maintain accurate, real-time documentation in accordance with hospital standards


Qualifications

  • Active RN license (Texas or Compact State)

  • BLS and NRP certifications required

  • Minimum 2 years of recent Level III or IV NICU experience

  • Strong neonatal assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills

  • Family-centered care approach in high-acuity environments
