Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TheraDriver is a company focused on driving SaaS revenue growth. The Account Executive will be responsible for developing relationships with clients, managing inbound leads, and driving business development strategies to help the company grow.
Responsibilities
- You will achieve a quarterly gross revenue target through a combination of closing small, medium and large ABA Clinics
- You will manage a pipeline of inbound leads and use your expertise to build out a customer nurture cadence to increase conversion across the pipeline
- Through your knowledge of the product, you will run exceptional software demos, with the ability to connect a customer’s largest pain points to TheraDriver’s features
- You will develop a list of outbound lead prospects and successfully schedule calls with new logos bringing them quickly into the pipeline
- You deeply understand TheraDriver’s ICP and are able to use your own qualification matrix to ensure that every client onboarded will be successful
- You can lead Client Discovery to identify specific use cases and business challenges that will define a customized setup of the TheraDriver software
- You quickly move a client through the contracting process, ensuring all client concerns are addressed and mitigated
- You will use your excellent organizational skills to manage both your inbound and outbound clients. You always know the current state of every customer and the next interaction. You take the time to invest and prepare for every interaction with every user
- You will build relationships across each organization, from Executives to Individual contributors, your authenticity and transparency will build trust as you establish yourself as a key business partner
- You will take ownership of the client experience, ensuring all open issues are resolved promptly for your Clients either through you directly, or by another TheraDriver Team member
- You deeply understand the client’s business and operational challenges, and are seen by your clients as trusted collaborator, helping them solve their greatest challenges
- You will use your foresight to see problems before they occur, and mitigate potential risks before they escalate
- You can review the analytics of existing customers and are able to understand and explain the software’s positive impact to a potential client’s business
Skills
- Over 10 years in experience in sales and business development
- Expertise in closing 6-figure clients
- Understanding of the ABA Industry
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Excitement and urgency to build something amazing with our team
- Experience in Customer Experience, Account Management or related experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
