They are seeking an Account Executive I who will drive revenue by managing the customer lifecycle, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through strategic sales of software licenses and support services. Responsibilities Identifying and researching potential customers through various tools, channels, including networks, social media Assisting in preparing and delivering demos to prospective clients, showcasing our software solutions and their benefits Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and challenges Tracking and managing leads and opportunities through CRM system, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting Working with customer success teams to follow strategies and share insights on customer feedback and market trends Staying informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to effectively position our products Assisting other Account Executives with customer meetings, proposals, and other sales-related activities as needed Maintaining a foundational understanding of products and services offered and assess specific customer requirements Relaying customer feedback to internal teams as needed Maintaining records of all client activities, such as calls and emails within HubSpot and CRM, ensuring all details are thoroughly documented Must pass Account Executive Training Program within probationary period of 120 working days Must complete Ignition Core Certification Test within probationary period 120 working days Must complete Capstone demonstration within 2 attempts Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, account management, or a related field preferred Some exposure to programming and/or database experience strongly preferred Basic understanding of industrial automation technologies and solutions preferred A results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for customer success Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving Basic understanding of CRM software and sales tools such as Hubspot and Zoominfo is a plus May be required to attend customer meetings on-site or in office as necessary Must pass Account Executive Training Program within probationary period of 120 working days Must complete Ignition Core Certification Test within probationary period 120 working days Must complete Capstone demonstration within 2 attempts Benefits 100% Employee Covered Health Care Don’t pay a dime for your medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid Time Off Receive paid holidays, vacation, and sick time 401k with Match Save for the future with our company-matching 401k program World-Class Headquarters While on-site, enjoy complimentary snacks and beverages, then challenge a friend to a game of pool, table tennis, shuffleboard, or foosball Adjacent Nature Reserve On-site employees enjoy breathtaking views and adventures that energize and inspire Company Overview Inductive Automation, a web-based HMI system, provides clients with SQL database-centric OPC-based control and industrial reporting systems.
