They are seeking a motivated Account Executive to grow their Parcel Locker business within an assigned multi-family territory, focusing on developing account strategies and building strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers, including senior leaders
- Develop and manage a pipeline of new and existing business
- Identify and overcome barriers to growth within your territory
- Partner with internal teams to deliver a consistent customer experience
- Use a consultative sales approach to understand needs and recommend solutions
- Track and forecast sales activity using CRM tools
- Travel up to 25% for client meetings and industry events
Skills
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of achieving goals
- Experience managing a territory and working independently
- Ability to close complex sales opportunities
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Must have a valid driver's license for local travel to customer accounts assigned within the territory
- Property management or multi-family industry experience is a plus
