[Remote] Account Management Professional - VSP

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Humana Inc. is a leading U.S. healthcare company seeking an Account Management Professional - VSP to grow membership within existing accounts and manage business relationships with client accounts. The role involves effective communication of benefit offerings and representing Humana at various market events.

Responsibilities

• Growing membership within existing accounts
• Directly managing business relationships with client accounts
• Communicating benefit offerings effectively with employers and membership
• Representing Humana at employer open enrollment meetings, health fairs and other market events
• Attending events in person and online as needed
• Participating in training provided by Humana
• Transporting marketing materials and other supplies as needed
• Traveling within the regional area and flexibility for additional business travel as needed

Skills

• Florida Life and Health license
• Strong knowledge of benefit offerings
• Excellent written and verbal skills and ability to conduct effective presentations
• Strong interpersonal skills
• General computer skills including demonstrated experience with data entry
• Ability to transport Marketing materials and other supplies as needed
• This role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and therefore requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits
• Ability to travel within the regional area and flexibility for additional business travel as needed. Will receive travel reimbursement
• Travel primarily in the South Florida markets and preference to reside in Miami/Dade, Broward or Palm Beach counties
• This role is a Variable Staffing Pool position - hours will vary weekly
• Bilingual (Spanish and/or Creole a plus)
