Remote Accountability Call Facilitator

Apply Now
The Accountability Club is looking for a warm, confident Remote Accountability Call Facilitator to lead live online accountability calls. This is a role for someone who enjoys people, can make new attendees feel welcome quickly, and is comfortable holding a room with both warmth and structure. Our calls help people reflect on their week, recognise wins, set clear goals, and leave with momentum. For many people, this will be their first live experience of The Accountability Club, so the Facilitator plays an important role in making the room feel human, supportive, and well-held from the start. You will see people arrive scattered and leave clearer, lighter, and more ready to act. This is not a webinar role. It is not a PowerPoint role. It is a live, camera-on, active-participation role where you guide the flow, manage the timing, encourage participation, and help people move from intention to action. About the calls Weekly Accountability Meetups are 60-minute online calls. They are open to the public, listed on Meetup and in the app, and often include a mix of first-time attendees, regulars, members, and prospective members. The calls follow a clear structure: welcome, introductions, weekly wins, goals for the week, a short discussion prompt, and a final takeaway. People spend time writing quietly, sharing in breakout rooms, and coming back to the main room to reflect together. The Facilitator’s job is to make that structure feel easy, warm, and energising. You are not teaching a class or giving advice. You are holding the space, keeping the pace, inviting participation, and helping people leave with something clear to act on. What you will do - Create a strong first experience for people who may be joining The Accountability Club for the first time. - Hold a warm, structured room where people can reflect honestly, share safely, and leave with momentum. - Guide the call through wins, goals, breakout discussions, and takeaways without letting the energy or timing drift. - Lead with warmth and authority: inviting participation, redirecting kindly, and protecting the pace when needed. - Listen without judgement, celebrate progress, and flag any follow-ups or concerns after the call. Who this is for This is a great fit for someone who gets energy from people. You enjoy creating connection, drawing out people’s best thinking, celebrating progress, and building the kind of room people remember. You do not need to be loud or performative, but you do need presence. You should be comfortable leading, setting the tone, keeping the pace, and gently taking charge when the room needs direction. The best Facilitator for this role leads with warmth and connection, then uses just enough authority to protect the structure. This work is fun, human, and rewarding. You get to see people recognise their own progress, borrow ideas from each other, celebrate wins, and leave feeling more capable than when they arrived. We can teach the structure of the calls. What matters most is the presence you bring: warm, energising, reliable, open to other viewpoints, and comfortable redirecting people kindly when conversations drift. Training and support We provide full training on the call structure, facilitation standards, and practical setup. You will not be expected to invent the format yourself. You will report to the Head of Accountability and work with Sunil, the CEO, on scheduling, feedback, and anything that needs extra support. What it is like to work with us The Accountability Club is small, growing, and values-led. Working with us is fun, human, and purposeful. You will have clear structure where it matters, and autonomy where your judgement matters. We want someone who can bring ideas, notice what is happening in the room, and help us keep improving the experience. We live our BRIDGE values in how we work together: we respect difference, listen to each other, celebrate wins, accept that capacity changes, and focus on helping people take action in a way that fits who they are. Role details Working pattern: Scheduled live calls at fixed times Expected hours: approximately 12-15 hours per month to start Time expectation: around 8 calls per month at 90 minutes each, plus around 3 hours for calls with the CEO, feedback, training, or extras Current calls: Thursdays 7:00 PM UK time and Thursdays 7:00 PM EST Availability: ideally able to cover both UK and US time zone calls Call style: camera-on, active participation How to apply Please include a short note about why this role interests you, any relevant experience facilitating, hosting, leading groups, coaching-style conversations, community events, or online calls, your location and time zone, and your availability for UK-time or US-time calls. You do not need to have done this exact role before. We are looking for someone who can bring warmth, structure, presence, and care to a live room. Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
