The Accounting Coordinator provides operational and administrative support for revenue operations processes, including quality control reviews, billing activities, and assisting with reporting and audit requests.
Responsibilities
- Support 1.1 new business and renewal season by performing various quality control checks
- Support Billing staff by performing upfront quality control checks
- Support surcharge and assessments team with claims entry as needed
- Support discretionary credit and allowances processes
- DG/Accpac exports
- Support internal and external audits
- Cross training in partner functional areas as needed
Skills
- Quality assurance experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Associates of Applied Science or equivalent work experience
- Experience working in salesforce
- 1+ year working in Healthcare industry
