They are seeking a highly organized Administrative Business Partner to support senior leaders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, managing executive calendars, communication, and administrative operations while handling confidential information.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling, and travel logistics
- Monitor and manage executive inboxes, Slack, and communications
- Coordinate meetings, events, and cross-functional activities
- Track action items and maintain organized administrative systems
- Support conferences, visitors, and executive logistics
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Assist with special projects and operational initiatives
Skills
- Experience supporting senior executives or business leaders
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency with G- Workspace and Slack
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable supporting after-hours requests when necessary
- National Security or Defense industry background (Highly Preferred)
- Experience in data center construction, infrastructure, hardware, research operations, or technical environments
- Former Technical Program Manager (TPM) or similar operational leadership experience
- Experience leading or coordinating product launches
- Strong security mindset and experience handling sensitive information
- Background with medium-sized technology companies preferred
