The Administrative Support Clerk will perform routine tasks that support office administrative processes and assist various departments under direct supervision.
Responsibilities
- Receive and answer telephone calls. Channel them to department personnel, if necessary
- Receive, identify, prepare and distribute internal correspondence
- Certify receipt of premium payments, as requested by other departments
- Channel the correspondence received in the Department, originating the workflow process in OnBase
- Balance and prepare cash deposit, credit card payments and ATH
- Make adjustments to returned transactions
- Perform general office tasks
- Prepare purchase requisitions for materials and equipment for the department
- Provide support to division personnel, as required
- Other tasks related to the position
Skills
- Associate's Degree in Business Administration
- 60 to 64 credits in Accounting or Finance subjects, with from 6 months to 1 year of experience in the essential functions of the position
- Ability to learn, follow instructions and or job procedures
