[Remote] Agile Business Analyst

The main responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, collaborating with team members during sprint planning, and supporting backlog grooming.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements as user stories with acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and QA during sprint planning, reviews, and stand-ups
• Support backlog grooming by clarifying requirements and tracking changes in tools like JIRA
• Create basic process flows, wireframes, and functional documentation
• Participate in UAT support by validating requirements and logging defects
• Communicate with stakeholders to clarify needs and ensure alignment with business goals
