IgniteTech is an AI-forward enterprise software leader seeking a hands-on channel sales executive to lead a team in redefining channel sales. The role involves supporting strategic channel partners, utilizing GenAI tools for performance improvement, and coaching a remote sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Empower and enable strategic channel partners across North America to meet mutual revenue goals across GFI's product portfolio, including KerioControl (next-generation firewall and UTM), KerioConnect (email and collaboration), GFI LanGuard (patch management and vulnerability scanning), and GFI MailEssentials AI (email security)
- Leverage your sales expertise and GenAI tools to improve the performance of the channel-only sales team
- Develop AI-informed process changes that continuously improve the work of our fully remote North American channel sales team serving SMB customers
Skills
- Must be based in the United States
- 7+ years of sales or account management experience
- 3+ years of channel sales leadership experience, ideally within a reseller or service provider partner model
- Experience with B2B software sales especially in the SMB market; familiarity with network security, IT management, or business communication software is a strong advantage
- Solid understanding of tiered partner programs and how to engage and grow Bronze, Silver, and Gold level reseller relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- A work schedule that has at least 80% overlap with standard working hours in North America
- Willingness to travel occasionally as you deem necessary to meet your goals
- Demonstrated ability to use GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) to improve work quality and productivity
