CSI Companies is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, build, and operationalize enterprise AI solutions that enhance productivity in a wealth management environment. The role involves creating intelligent tools and collaborating with various teams to deliver innovative AI capabilities while ensuring quality and scalability.
Responsibilities
- Design and build enterprise AI applications that support advisor productivity knowledge retrieval and decision support
- Develop agentic AI capabilities that support workflow execution task automation information synthesis and next best action recommendations
- Build retrieval augmented generation solutions using trusted enterprise data and knowledge sources
- Integrate LLMs APIs databases CRM platforms and enterprise systems into advisor workflows
- Implement prompt routing tool use memory and orchestration capabilities for advisor facing AI experiences
- Create evaluation frameworks to measure accuracy relevance latency safety and business value
- Collaborate with product architecture compliance legal security and business teams
- Apply engineering best practices for scalability observability auditability and maintainability
- Support responsible AI governance controls and documentation
- Contribute reusable frameworks patterns and accelerators for AI solution development
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering Data Science Information Systems or related field
- 6 or more years of experience in software engineering AI engineering machine learning engineering search engineering or related technical roles
- Experience building AI applications using LLMs APIs and orchestration frameworks
- Experience with retrieval augmented generation semantic search vector databases or enterprise knowledge systems
- Strong programming experience with Java Python or other modern programming languages
- Experience deploying production solutions using cloud services APIs and data pipelines
- Strong communication skills with technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience supporting financial advisors wealth management platforms or advisor facing applications
- Experience with agent frameworks workflow orchestration and multi step reasoning systems
- Experience with LLM evaluation prompt engineering observability and experimentation
- Knowledge of CRM portfolio planning or client servicing workflows
- Experience in regulated industries with privacy security compliance and responsible AI requirements
