They are seeking an AI & Enterprise Transformation Consulting Leader to originate and lead AI-enabled transformation programs for strategic clients, focusing on driving client growth and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with account teams on the development of account growth strategies, aligned to client business priorities and enterprise transformation agendas
- Originate opportunities through proactive engagement with senior stakeholders, identifying areas for expansion and value creation
- Build and sustain trusted relationships at the C-suite level, positioning the firm as a long-term strategic partner
- Expand client engagements through multi-year transformation programs, increasing breadth and depth of engagement
- Define enterprise transformation agendas, incorporating AI as a core enabler of business performance and growth
- Advise clients on the integration of AI within existing platforms, processes, and operating models
- Translate complex business challenges into structured, outcome-oriented transformation programs
- Shape and lead complex engagements from initial concept through to signed agreement
- Define business cases, value frameworks, and implementation roadmaps
- Ensure clear alignment between client value drivers and commercial outcomes - ensuring clear articulation of ROI for any opportunity
- Maintain accountability for outcomes across the lifecycle of engagements
- Ensure delivery remains aligned to strategic intent and defined business objectives
- Establish and track key performance indicators to measure impact and realized value
- Identify and pursue follow-on opportunities arising from delivered outcomes
- Contribute to development of client propositions, methodologies, and repeatable offerings
- Support senior client engagement, proposals, and market positioning
- Mentor and develop consulting talent
Skills
- Extensive experience (typically 15+ years) in consulting, strategy, or technology advisory roles
- Demonstrated experience growing accounts through the origination and expansion of transformation programs
- Strong understanding of AI and its application within enterprise environments
- Proven ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders
- Experience shaping and closing complex, high-value engagements
- Strong commercial and analytical capabilities - with considerable experience at calculating and communicating ROI for services and software investments
- Track record of success operating in a matrix environment
