Responsibilities
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI can solve operational challenges
- Configure, integrate, and optimize AI tools within existing systems and workflows
- Build integrations using APIs and automations to connect AI tools with core data and platforms
- Troubleshoot issues and improve the functionality and performance of AI-enabled solutions
- Stay current on new AI technologies and contribute to continuous experimentation and adoption
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a technology professional in a cloud-first environment
- Experience setting up and configuring AI tools
- Strong understanding of cloud-based infrastructure and services
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, or JavaScript
- Familiarity with data formats such as JSON, XML, and CSV
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in an Agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with OpenAI, Workato, and Databricks
- Familiarity with the latest LLMs and AI products
- Exposure to healthcare or advertising environments
- Ability to switch between technologies and quickly master new tools
- Passion for technology and continuous learning
