Zensar Technologies is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Alliance Sales Leader to drive growth through strategic partnerships with hyperscalers like Microsoft, AWS, and Google Cloud. This role involves identifying, shaping, and closing opportunities with partners across existing accounts and new targets while building relationships and executing joint go-to-market strategies.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify joint sales opportunities with Microsoft, AWS, and Google Cloud in both existing accounts and target new accounts
- Build and manage a partner-influenced pipeline, ensuring consistent growth and conversion
- Align with internal sales teams to integrate hyperscaler-led opportunities into account strategies
- Develop and strengthen executive-level relationships with hyperscaler partner sales leaders
- Establish strong working relationships with field sellers, partner account managers, and solution specialists
- Position Zensar as a preferred partner within hyperscaler ecosystems
- Collaborate with partners to define and execute joint go-to-market strategies and campaigns
- Identify co-sell opportunities, funding programs, and marketplace plays
- Drive alignment between Zensar offerings and partner priorities (e.g., cloud migration, data/AI, modernization)
- Work closely with account teams, alliances, marketing, and practice leaders
- Enable internal teams on hyperscaler programs, incentives, and solution positioning
- Influence account strategy to maximize partner leverage and deal velocity
- Expand Zensar’s mindshare and market share within the hyperscaler ecosystem
- Actively represent Zensar in partner-led events, forums, and executive engagements
- Track competitor positioning and identify differentiation opportunities
Skills
- 10+ years of overall experience
- At least 5 years in direct sales or quota-carrying roles
- Proven experience in partner-led or alliance-driven sales models
- Strong understanding of one or more hyperscaler ecosystems: Microsoft, AWS, or Google Cloud
- Demonstrated ability to build and influence senior executive relationships
- Track record of delivering revenue growth through partnerships
- Experience working in IT services, consulting, or digital transformation organizations
- Strategic thinking with strong execution focus
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Deep understanding of cloud ecosystem, co-sell motions, and partner programs
- Strong communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Ability to work in a matrixed organization and drive alignment across teams
