Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Tier4 Group is seeking a skilled applications analyst with experience in enterprise clinical and operational systems. The role involves supporting, configuring, and optimizing healthcare applications while managing various responsibilities including system design, testing, and user support.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for enterprise healthcare applications, supporting complex clinical, operational, and financial workflows
- Independently manage system design, configuration, testing, deployment, maintenance, and ongoing support activities
- Analyze business requirements and operational processes to identify issues, determine root causes, and recommend effective solutions
- Lead investigation and resolution of advanced application, integration, and workflow challenges involving multiple systems and stakeholders
- Configure, maintain, and enhance system functionality to support organizational objectives and user needs
- Coordinate interfaces and integrations between enterprise platforms, third-party solutions, and internally developed applications
- Support software upgrades, release management activities, testing efforts, and system lifecycle maintenance
- Create and maintain technical documentation, workflow diagrams, testing plans, and end-user materials
- Communicate project progress, risks, recommendations, and outcomes to stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization
- Assist with user education, training initiatives, and ongoing support when needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- An active Epic Ambulatory certification
- 5+ years of experience supporting, implementing, or optimizing enterprise healthcare applications, specifically Epic Ambulatory module
- Experience with system configuration, workflow analysis, enhancements, integrations, and troubleshooting in complex healthcare environments
- Healthy Planet experience preferred, but not required
