CareATC is revolutionizing employer-sponsored healthcare and is seeking an Associate Area Operations Director to support multiple health centers. This role focuses on ensuring smooth operations, meeting performance goals, and delivering exceptional patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations across multiple clinics, including staffing, inventory, and resource needs
- Help teams stay on track with budgets, KPIs, and performance goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies, licensing standards, and AAAHC requirements
- Jump in to help with patient care or administrative duties when needed
- Assist with hiring, training, and evaluating support staff
- Coach and mentor team members to build a strong culture of accountability, inclusion, and growth
- Collaborate with the Area Operations Director to align clinic operations with organizational goals and client needs
- Identify operational improvements and implement creative, cost-effective solutions
- Support clinic openings and service transitions with on-the-ground leadership and planning
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in healthcare, operations, or people leadership
- Working knowledge of healthcare performance metrics, budgeting, and process improvement
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
- Comfort with technology, performance tracking tools, and healthcare systems
- A collaborative, hands-on approach to leadership
- Ability and willingness to travel to support clinics in Tulsa and Oklahoma City, OK
- Must reside in the Tulsa, OK or Oklahoma City, OK area
- Experience with multi-site operations or health center performance
