A rewarding consulting opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) providing telehealth support to K-12 students diagnosed with Autism. This role focuses on delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to 6-10 clients, assisting a rural school district located northeast of the Ozark National Forest.
Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and implementing individualized ABA treatment plans
• Providing telehealth supervision and guidance to ABA therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Collaborating remotely with school staff and families to ensure effective intervention
• Tracking progress and updating plans in accordance with client needs
• Supporting a caseload averaging approximately 10 hours per week during the school year
Desired qualifications:
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum in educational settings
• Strong skills in ABA therapy, program design, and data-driven decision making
• Familiarity with telehealth service delivery models
• Ability to work independently and manage a small rural caseload

• The district has actively sought ABA support over the past 2-3 years, demonstrating commitment to these essential services
• Open to accepting experienced ABA therapists and RBTs for related roles, with appropriate supervision from the BCBA
