Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver ABA therapy services
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective treatment and goal achievement
• Continuously monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes, making adjustments as needed to optimize results
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans
Requirements:
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
• BCBA certification
• LBA in North Carolina
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work on a part-time or full-time schedule
