Overview Join our dynamic team as a Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), where you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality behavioral health services to individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans that foster meaningful progress and improve quality of life. As a BCBA, you will collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to provide expert guidance and support in behavioral therapy, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining meticulous medical documentation. Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies. • Design, oversee, and modify behavior intervention plans based on data collection and ongoing patient assessment. • Deliver evidence-based applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities through virtual sessions. • Collect, analyze, and document behavioral data accurately to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments. • Provide training and supervision to caregivers, educators, and support staff to ensure consistent implementation of behavioral strategies. • Maintain detailed medical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards and confidentiality protocols. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans, facilitate communication, and optimize patient outcomes. Skills • Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis principles. • Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder. • Proficiency in data collection methods and analyzing behavioral data for progress tracking. • Excellent patient care skills with a focus on compassionate communication and support. • Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation practices, and medical records management. • Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations remotely. • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information.
