They are seeking a Billing Coordinator to manage high-volume billing operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in invoicing and communications.
Responsibilities
- Own high-volume, high-impact work - process invoicing for providers and firms with speed and precision in billing systems
- Manage support channels efficiently - handle tickets and Slack requests with urgency while meeting SLA expectations
- Execute accurate billing operations - enter orders, generate invoices, and verify details to ensure error-free processing
- Coordinate billing communications - route inquiries to the right teams and keep requests moving without delays
- Resolve discrepancies in real time - investigate issues, correct errors, and maintain workflow continuity
- Maintain organized, compliant records - ensure all client and provider documentation is complete and audit-ready
- Drive process improvements - identify inefficiencies and help streamline billing workflows in a fast-paced environment
Skills
- 1+ years of high-volume billing, invoicing, or data entry experience
- Reputation for speed, accuracy, and catching issues early
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
- Comfortable managing tickets and communication in tools like Google Workspace, Zendesk, and Slack
- Organized and adaptable
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Willingness to work 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM PT, with a mandatory Saturday once a month
- Experience in legal or court reporting
