[Remote] Business Analyst / Product Owner

Resource Logistics Inc. is a company seeking a Business Analyst/Product Owner to facilitate the development and delivery of product features. The role involves managing the product backlog, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring that delivered features meet requirements and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Create, refine, prioritize and approve features and stories
• Own backlog prioritization and product objectives together with business stakeholders
• Review and accept delivered features against acceptance criteria and Definition of Done
• Participate in demonstrations and provide confirmation that requirements have been met
• Act as the business/technology bridge, translating requirements into deliverable user stories and features
• Drive product roadmaps, stakeholder engagement and Agile delivery
• Support product governance, reporting, document management, and cross-functional coordination in the ISCO program
• Work with the CFO team for gathering requirements
• Strong stakeholder management and SAFe/Agile execution skills
• Expert in JIRA
• Creating and refining C4s
• Experience with investment products, advisory platforms, broker-dealer systems, Pershing/NetX360, onboarding, portfolio management, and regulatory processes
