AuditCo Americas is a leading provider of independent quality assurance, quality control, compliance auditing, inspection, safety, and consulting services throughout North America. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, expanding strategic client relationships, and supporting long-term revenue growth across all service lines.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales and revenue objectives
- Identify, qualify, and pursue enterprise-level opportunities across target industries
- Build and maintain relationships with executive decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and responses to RFPs/RFQs
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close new business opportunities
- Coordinate with operations to ensure successful transition from sales to project delivery
- Represent AuditCo at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows
- Provide market intelligence, competitive analysis, and growth recommendations to executive leadership
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to identify additional service opportunities
Skills
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to travel throughout assigned territories as needed
- Experience selling professional services, inspections, engineering, construction, telecommunications, or industrial services preferred
