Indivieu is a founder-led digital marketing and business consulting agency seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive growth by prospecting and qualifying leads. This commission-only remote role focuses on generating outbound pipeline and building the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting, qualifying, and booking meetings with decision-makers at small and mid-sized businesses
- Handle outbound outreach and qualify inbound leads
- Help build the foundation of our sales org
Skills
- 1+ year of sales, recruiting, or business development experience (agency/marketing/SaaS a plus, not required)
- Strong prospecting, cold calling, and outreach skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Organization, self-management, and resilience to rejection
- Entrepreneurial spirit—excited to help build from the ground up
- Comfort with commission-only, performance-based comp
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
- Experience in consulting or with industries like Professional Services, Automotive, Manufacturing, Technology/SaaS, Education, or E-commerce
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
