Responsibilities
- Identifying and researching potential B2B clients
- Initiating outreach
- Qualifying leads that align with Cunvert Copy’s services
- Conducting discovery conversations
- Understanding client pain points around outbound lead generation
- Clearly communicating how Cunvert Copy’s cold email systems can address those needs
- Maintaining accurate records of prospects and interactions in Pipedrive
- Collaborating with internal teams to refine outreach messaging
- Following up consistently to move opportunities through the pipeline
Skills
- Candidates should possess strong Lead Generation and Customer Service skills to identify prospects, build relationships, and nurture opportunities effectively
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to evaluate target markets, assess campaign performance, and refine outreach strategies
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to conduct discovery calls, present solutions clearly, and write professional, persuasive messages
- Comfort with commission-only compensation, and the ability to manage time, priorities, and remote work independently
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, or outbound prospecting is highly beneficial
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales engagement platforms, or email outreach software is an advantage
- Understanding of marketing or copywriting concepts, especially in cold email, is a huge plus
