Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Agilent Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to drive growth in their Cellular and Molecular Research portfolio. The role involves managing key customer relationships, leading sales strategies, and collaborating with various teams to deliver customer solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive growth across the Cellular and Molecular Research (CMR) portfolio
- Own a defined territory and manage key customer relationships
- Deliver revenue against assigned targets within all markets
- Lead the overall sales strategy for the territory, identifying and advancing opportunities across instruments and consumables
- Ensure strong customer engagement and long-term account development
- Influence buying decisions and navigate sales cycles
- Consistently execute against revenue and pipeline objectives
- Collaborate closely with Product Specialists, Field Application Scientists, and cross-functional partners to deliver customer solutions and drive cross–product line growth
Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent
- 4+ years relevant experience selling capital equipment and/or consumables within molecular biology, genomics, or cell analysis workflows
- Strong knowledge of CMR-relevant applications, including microplate-based solutions, imaging, electrophoresis and flow cytometry
- Demonstrated consultative selling skills with the ability to influence customer decisions and navigate sales cycles
- Proven ability to identify and drive cross–product line opportunities to maximize account growth
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipeline, forecast, and opportunity progression
- Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic account and territory plans
