STI is seeking a Certified Cogito Analyst/PM to serve as the primary liaison between business analysts and clinical/business stakeholders. The role involves managing data/reporting requests, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and collaborating with senior leadership to enhance reporting effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between business analysts and clinical/business stakeholders across multiple hospitals
- Lead discussions amongst cross-functional teams to gather and clarify reporting requirements, ensuring stakeholder needs are understood and met
- Facilitate alignment between business needs, data reporting, and system-wide goals through recurring discussions
- Work within Epic system independently to map specific data points and document metric definitions
- Oversee assigned requests in the intake process for data/reporting requests, managing the queue, and prioritizing based on organizational strategy
- Ensure requests are properly documented and aligned with business objectives
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline the request management process and improve response times
- Work with Analytics Business managers and Business Intelligence developers to Ensure that all reporting deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align reporting activities with broader system goals and strategies
- Identify opportunities to leverage data for strategic decision-making and recommend existing content to meet current data needs vs. need for new content for reporting effectiveness
Skills
- Cogito Certification/Knowledge (Required)
- Past experience scoping projects/requests, process management
- Basic knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to navigate complex data sets and reporting needs
- JIRA/ServiceNow background preferred
