Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. KPMG US is seeking a Change Management Consultant to collaborate with clients on their change management needs. The role involves assessing risks, developing strategies, and providing guidance on change initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to assess their change management needs and develop tailored strategies
- Conduct change impact assessments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans
- Create comprehensive change management plans, including communication strategies, training programs, and stakeholder engagement plans
- Provide guidance and support to project teams and leaders in implementing change initiatives
- Develop and deliver effective change management workshops and training sessions
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management efforts and make recommendations for improvement
- Support the development and implementation of organizational change management frameworks and methodologies
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in change management
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment
Skills
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, organizational psychology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Change Management Consultant or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in facilitating workshops and delivering training sessions
- Change management certification (for example, Prosci, ACMP) is a plus
