They are seeking a Change Manager for Marketing Operations to lead change initiatives across various business units and ensure successful adoption of CRM tools and processes.
Responsibilities
- CRM enhancement planning, deployment support, and release coordination
- Cross-functional stakeholder alignment across Marketing, Sales, IT, and Data teams
- Enablement and adoption support for CRM tools, processes, and new capabilities
Skills
- Proven experience leading change across diverse, matrixed business units (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and IT)
- Ability to coach and align senior leaders and executives to serve as active, visible sponsors of the CRM change
- Design, launch, and mobilize a global network of 'Change Champions' or super-users to drive localized peer-to-peer adoption
