They are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the global marketing organization and drive revenue growth, with a primary focus on the North American market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with revenue goals
- Own demand generation, MQL/SQL targets, and marketing-sourced pipeline
- Lead brand positioning, product marketing, GTM strategy, and digital marketing
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing organization
- Manage marketing budget, ROI, analytics, and marketing technology platforms
- Partner with Sales to accelerate pipeline growth and customer acquisition
Skills
- 12+ years of marketing leadership experience, including VP/CMO roles
- 7+ years in B2B Enterprise Technology or SaaS
- Proven success driving lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue
- Experience with HubSpot, Marketo/Pardot, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, ABM platforms, and AI-powered marketing tools
- Experience marketing to industrial, manufacturing, or enterprise customers is highly preferred
