Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Beaming Health is a Stanford-founded company focused on simplifying health insurance for individuals seeking care. The Client Growth Associate will play a crucial role in connecting clients with providers and contributing to the company's growth strategies.
Responsibilities
- Manage direct outreach from clients including phone calls, emails, and texts and connect them with providers who fit their needs
- Manage referrals from additional sources: in-bound fax referrals from primary care physicians and pediatrician offices, and in-bound phone calls or emails from care navigators at insurance companies
- Build relationships with referral partners (pediatrician offices, care navigators, etc.) to establish long-term partnerships that will drive more client referrals
- Facilitate weekly client growth meetings to review inbound referrals, reflect on the week’s activity, and align with the team on next steps for clients still in the matching process
- Proactively follow up with previously unmatched clients to revisit fit and communicate new provider availability
- Proactively audit how we show up in insurance directories and request changes to ensure our profiles there are optimized
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Provider Growth, Provider Empowerment, and Operations teams to ensure clients are matched with the right providers and supported through their onboarding process
- Continuously look for, suggest, and implement new ways to reach clients and more effectively match them with providers
Skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment (high-growth startup, established student organization, etc.)
- Strong work ethic and humility (willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done, nothing is “below you”)
- Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage many tasks and relationships simultaneously
- Interested in learning what it takes to build and scale a company from the ground up, and willing to put in the work to make it a reality
