This role is responsible for defining and executing market strategy, expanding the client portfolio, and ensuring successful delivery of complex water and wastewater solutions.
Responsibilities
- Driving sustained revenue growth and expanding Weston’s presence in the industrial water and wastewater sector
- Building and maintaining executive-level client relationships
- Leading the full sales lifecycle from strategy through close
- Partnering with operations to ensure high-quality delivery
- Leading, mentoring, and developing internal teams
- Representing Weston in industry forums and staying ahead of regulatory and market trends
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 20+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering (industrial focus)
- 10+ years of business development experience
- Strong regulatory knowledge and stakeholder engagement capability
- Ability to lead complex, multidisciplinary teams
- Master's degree in Engineering
