Remote Client Service Advisor Job Description
The Client Service Advisor is responsible for generating new sales leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
• Generate new sales leads through cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach
• Qualify prospects by identifying their needs and pain points
• Present and sell products and services to prospects
• Close sales and negotiate terms and conditions
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and provide ongoing support
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
