Northridge Therapeutic Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. Key Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for students.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to address emotional, behavioral, and social issues.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and progress.
• Stay informed about current best practices and emerging trends in school mental health.
Required Qualifications
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current LCSW licensure in Pennsylvania.
• Proven experience in clinical social work, preferably in a school environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
