[Remote] Cloud Data Engineer (AWS / Snowflake / ETL)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Odyssey Information Services is seeking a Cloud Data Engineer to support their fast-paced data team. The role focuses on building, maintaining, and troubleshooting production data pipelines using AWS and Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Build/maintain AWS data pipelines
• Optimize Snowflake warehouse
• Own ETL/ELT across sources
• Ensure data quality/performance
• Support BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
• Troubleshoot production issues
• Automate via Terraform/CloudFormation

Skills

• Work 4PM–Midnight CT (Sun–Thu) (deal breaker)
• AWS: S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, EMR
• Snowflake (modeling + tuning)
• SQL + Python
• ETL/ELT pipeline ownership
• Build/maintain AWS data pipelines
• Optimize Snowflake warehouse
• Own ETL/ELT across sources
• Ensure data quality/performance
• Support BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
• Troubleshoot production issues

• 3–6+ years data engineering
