They are seeking a Commercial Restoration Project Manager II to lead major restoration projects, coordinate teams, and ensure successful recovery for businesses after disasters.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact, complex commercial restoration projects from start to finish
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and safety plans
- Communicate with clients and insurance adjusters with professionalism and empathy
- Ensure projects meet timelines, compliance standards, and quality expectations
Skills
- 3–5 years of commercial project management experience (restoration required)
- Demonstrated experience completing estimates with software
- Ability to read blueprints and manage multiple projects under pressure
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively
- Experience with Xactimate software
- Familiarity with time and material billing software
