Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Pernini Legal LLC is a leading financial services company specializing in title insurance and real estate transaction services. They are seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to leverage local market knowledge and drive mid-to-large commercial transactions in the San Francisco area.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow a book of business within the San Francisco commercial real estate market
- Identify and close commercial transactions in the $7M–$25M range
- Cultivate relationships with attorneys, brokers, lenders, and investors
- Represent commercial transaction services to local and national clients
- Partner with underwriting and escrow teams to support complex deals
- Maintain consistent market visibility through meetings, outreach, and networking
Skills
- Active Bar Admission in California, in good standing (if applicable)
- 5+ years of substantive sales or commercial real estate experience
- Strong existing network within the San Francisco commercial real estate community
- Proven success closing $7M–$25M commercial transactions
- Strong knowledge of commercial real estate law, including federal and state title insurance regulations
- Experience with sales database systems (Salesforce or similar) and social media as tools to manage and expand client relationships
- HIGHLY SELF-MOTIVATED WITH A “HUNTER” MENTALITY
- PROFESSIONAL IN ALL ASPECTS (APPEARANCE, DEMEANOR, PRESENTATION, ETC.)
- Comfortable operating independently in a field-based role
- Deep understanding of the sales cycle and a drive for achieving revenue targets
- Strong ability to adapt strategy to changing market conditions
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with clients at all levels, in-person and virtually
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex real estate transactions
- Valid driver's license required for territory travel
- Strong credibility with attorney peers and senior decision-makers
- Ability to work independently in a field-based environment
- Comfortable collaborating closely with underwriting and escrow professionals
- Excellent networking, communication, and follow-up skills
- Motivated by results, accountability, and uncapped earning potential
- JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record (preferred but not required for non-attorney candidates)
- Background in brokerage, commercial services, or related industries strongly preferred
- Familiarity with the title insurance industry strongly preferred
