Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TGC Talent is a growing staffing and recruiting firm placing top talent across legal, engineering, and finance/accounting verticals. They are seeking a motivated Junior/Associate Recruiter to join on a contract-to-perm basis, focusing on full-cycle recruiting across their core verticals.
Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates using our ATS (Loxo) and other sourcing tools
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and qualification calls
- Prepare polished candidate submission documents for client review
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and candidate records
- Collaborate with the team on job intake, market research, and BD support
- Build relationships with candidates and support a positive candidate experience
Skills
- 0-2 years of recruiting, sales, or client-facing experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter mentality with strong organizational skills
- Interest in learning legal, engineering, or finance industry recruiting
- Proficiency with LinkedIn, ATS platforms, and general office tools
- Staffing/agency experience a plus but not required
