- Assists with data entry and management to ensure accurate entries in website
- Conducts research and analysis to support ongoing projects and initiatives
- Participates in learning and development (L&D) activities to enhance skills and knowledge

- Collaborates with various departments to support cross-functional projects and tasks
- Maintains organized documentation and files for easy access and reference
- Provides administrative support by scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and handling correspondence

- Assists in the preparation of reports and presentations to support decision-making processes
