Piper Companies is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join a growing Life Sciences Talent Acquisition team with one of our clients based out of Bethesda, MD. The Corporate Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to identify, attract, and engage top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment activities for entry-level to mid-level positions within life sciences, quality, manufacturing, clinical, regulatory, and corporate functions
- Source and screen candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking events, and university partnerships
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Draft and post job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms
- Communicate regularly with candidates regarding application status and next steps
- Support offer preparation, background checks, and onboarding activities
Skills
- 0-2 years of experience working in HR, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or related field
- Must have previous hands on recruiting experience
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field
- Life science/clinical research recruiting experience preferred, not required
