Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Mondo is seeking a skilled CRM UI/UX Designer for a part-time contract position to redesign and enhance a graduate admissions portal. The role involves delivering accessible and visually polished user experiences within a CRM platform environment.
Responsibilities
- Redesign the client's graduate admissions CRM portal, creating a cohesive and accessible user experience
- Conduct UX research and gather user requirements to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for stakeholder review and iteration
- Design and build modular, plug-and-play content blocks within the CRM platform
- Develop responsive HTML/CSS assets that meet mobile optimization standards
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and platform teams to ensure brand alignment
- Ensure all designs meet WCAG accessibility standards and present updates based on stakeholder feedback
Skills
- Strong UI/UX design experience with a portfolio demonstrating accessible, visually polished work, including case studies
- Advanced HTML5 and CSS skills with the ability to deliver production-ready front-end assets
- Experience designing within CRM or platform-constrained environments
- Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles
- Strong visual design skills across typography, layout, color, and branding
- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and ability to apply them in practice
- Direct experience with Technolutions Slate CRM, including portal design
- Experience designing HTML email templates within a CRM platform
- Higher education industry background
- Figma expertise, preferred over Sketch or Adobe XD
- Experience conducting usability testing and incorporating data-driven feedback
- Experience building modular content libraries and component-based design systems
