What We're Looking For: Your Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months previous customer service experience—call center experience is strongly preferred
- 6 months to 1 year of sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Technical aptitude and ability to pass our readiness assessment
- Flexibility to work all shifts as required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to submit to and pass a pre-employment background investigation and drug screen
